1 of the three main deck support posts supporting my deck is rotting just above the ground. The other 2 may be starting to rot just below the footing. The house is about ten years old, only we've had a kiddie pool on the deck and I think the splash h2o from that may accept contributed to early on rot of pressure treated wood (6x6). The supports are sitting on top of physical a foot downward I think. I got two estimates to fix information technology

1) Jack deck upwardly and replace 6x6's and put rubber sleeve on them.

The starting time option is more of quick and muddy brusque term solution. This is because posts tin can frequently go along to rot once they get going.
